RadSpeakAI uses artificial intelligence services to provide transcription and report-generation features.
This AI processing is triggered when you record a dictation, submit an audio recording for transcription, or submit a case for AI-assisted report generation. When this happens, the relevant audio recording and/or transcribed text may be processed through our AWS-hosted backend and transmitted to third-party AI service providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic.
The purpose of this processing is to provide audio transcription and AI-assisted report generation.
Where applicable, information associated with a case or patient may also be processed as part of providing the requested service.
Our backend infrastructure uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) to provide application and data-processing functionality.
We may use third-party service providers to provide functionality such as authentication, transcription, artificial intelligence processing, storage, and other services necessary to operate RadSpeakAI.
OpenAI and Anthropic are contractually obligated, under their respective data processing terms, to handle information submitted through their APIs under data protection standards consistent with this Privacy Policy, including not using such information to train their underlying AI models by default.
